Dr. George Oamek, Honey Creek Resources and Mr. Elbert Traylor, NDEQ | Implementing stormwater programs requires funding. Dr. Oamek made a presentation of various funding opportunities funds from bonds to stormwater utilities. Mr. Elbert spoke about funding opportunities from federal and state agencies. He also showed projects that were funded from a variety of sources. |

Donna Garden and Mary Schroer spoke on changes in EPA's approach to managing stormwater and LB1266 (stormwater grant funds for NDPES Phase I and II communities) Chad Nabity provided information on new countywide Flood Insurance Rate Map production and issues that Hall County is experiencing with this process. Lalit Jha provided information on the Grand Island Flood Control Project for Silver, Mores and Prairie Creeks. CPNRD provided a presentation on the Wood River Diversion project followed by a tour of the diversion and the Grand Island Flood Control Project. |
